  1. First things first, shoutout to Jabari for selecting this great book after being the winner of the Wheel-of-Names done last month. I must say that already this book as peaked my interest, I'm really drawn by the conversationalist-style in which the author goes about relaying his message. Initially, the chapter shone light on the parallels between theory and practicality - the ideas of which success and failure are two different worlds that we can journey between, residing in any one at any particular time is solely up to us- our thoughts and actions being the conduit between them. This opening chapter for me gives me a sense of oncoming self-realization and self-actualization as I begin to understand the concept of "the other self".
