    In this chapter we learn that the basis of integrity is choosing courage over comfort...🧐 it is the choosing of what's right over what excites us or is simple for us; and its putting your values into action, not just professing them. T R U S T is such a crucial thing to behold, it is the fibre that holds us, the glue that keeps us together, without it all connection between each other is lost.
