The final chapter of this ridiculously good book, the chapter that I love the most...and no not because that means I finished the book but it is the one that made me feel most assured in myself, that I'm doing some things right at the very least. This chapter in my opinion focuses a lot on teachable moments both with others and with ourselves, we have to remember that even though we might be equipped to handle certain situations other people might not be able to or might not be able to handle it as well as us. It is at this point where we should start asking questions and start being a little more curious as to why things are the way they are, why did this person say this, why did this person do that. The concept of Rising, and learning to RISE deals with the necessary and unwavering road to recovery from our mistakes, our failures, our trauma and our pain that will lead us to the square of knowledge and profound understanding of the lives we lead.
